MC Strength & Fitness is a dynamic, constantly changing program that develops athleticism and helps to reduces the risk of injury.
By training movement, not muscle, our programs build a more durable and more explosive athlete.
"Train like sport" is an important concept, and everything we do is aimed at improving performance in the competitive arena. Our training simulates
what will actually happen while the athlete is playing, translating into enhanced performance on the field, ice or court.
MC Strength & Fitness will provide supervision of
exercise functional strength training, power, speed, agility,
quickness, core, balance, as well as the
organization/administration, education and counseling of
the student athlete.
This is accomplished by providing expert instruction and
personalized training programs utilizing sports
performance protocols based on the most recent scientific
research. By developing their fitness levels, discipline, and
a strong work ethic, student athletes will experience
positive changes that will further enhance and improve
their athleticism.
